Mexican Fiesta to end Cheseok (Sunday, Sept 26)
I invited a few friends over to my house for a Mexican Fiesta. The fiesta turned into just grubbing on some really good burritos because everyone was so exhausted from Chuseok vacation. I made pico de gallo, mexican rice, and pork. It was so good. I really do miss Mexican food here. I need more instant Mexican rice (Please send)! This was a great way to end my vacation.
